The Valley of Queens is a verbatim piece of theatre based on the migration stories of South Asian women living in Sandwell Valley, West Bromwich. These women share songs, boliyaan, laughter & memories from the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s. This funny, joyful and moving show takes you on an emotional whirlwind through their stories of strength, struggle and resilience.
